Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in US payroll business processes and Oracle Cloud Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll operations, fast formulas, and system optimization. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll execution, compliance, and process efficiency while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for US employees.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud Payroll systems with seamless HR and Finance integration.
  • Develop, test, and maintain fast formulas to automate and streamline payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Generate, validate, and analyze payroll reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align payroll with broader business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide techno-functional support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in payroll management with a strong focus on US payroll processes.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and fast formulas.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret payroll data and provide insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a senior payroll role within a large-scale organization.
  • Exposure to HRIS and ERP system integrations.
