Position Summary

Contract Recruiter — West Florida (Hybrid) Orlando Health is growing in the West Florida region, and we’re looking for a dynamic Contract Recruiter to support this exciting expansion! This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape the talent strategy for one of two brand-new hospitals while partnering closely with hiring leaders across clinical and nonclinical departments.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for 40–60 requisitions at a time, spanning both clinical and nonclinical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic sourcing plans and ensure timely, high-quality hires.
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques, internal equity, and offer development.
  • Represent Orlando Health at job fairs, professional events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Partner with HR teams to support onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning.

Role Details

  • This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend.
  • Hybrid Schedule: On-site visibility is essential—expect to be on-site 1-2 times per week, with flexibility to reduce over time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field including Health Care or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience on a 1:1 basis, offsetting experience must be in the field of Recruitment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load with professionalism and agility.
