Contract Recruiter – West Florida (Hybrid)
Position Summary
Contract Recruiter — West Florida (Hybrid) Orlando Health is growing in the West Florida region, and we’re looking for a dynamic Contract Recruiter to support this exciting expansion! This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape the talent strategy for one of two brand-new hospitals while partnering closely with hiring leaders across clinical and nonclinical departments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for 40–60 requisitions at a time, spanning both clinical and nonclinical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic sourcing plans and ensure timely, high-quality hires.
- Provide guidance on interview techniques, internal equity, and offer development.
- Represent Orlando Health at job fairs, professional events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Partner with HR teams to support onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning.
Role Details
- This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend.
- Hybrid Schedule: On-site visibility is essential—expect to be on-site 1-2 times per week, with flexibility to reduce over time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field including Health Care or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience on a 1:1 basis, offsetting experience must be in the field of Recruitment.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load with professionalism and agility.
