Responsibilities:


In your role as a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Missile Systems Radar Signal Processing, you will engage in the design, development, prototyping, integration, testing, and performance evaluation of radar algorithms and models. Collaborating with various engineering disciplines, you will ensure that performance aligns with program objectives and supports live-fire testing. You’ll utilize and enhance simulations for algorithm development and models, work within engineering lab environments to test and validate radar models, and focus on integrating algorithms into hardware. Additionally, you will contribute through the development phases from initial program activities to live-fire testing and participate in design and peer reviews. Your expertise will also be invaluable in mentoring fellow team members.

The ideal candidate will typically possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and have at least five years of relevant experience in radar signal processing, particularly in missile system applications. Proficiency in C , algorithm design, implementation, testing, and analysis is essential, as well as the capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. A strong familiarity with hardware/software integration and the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines will also be beneficial.
