We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: – A minimum of 3 years of technical product or program management experience. – At least 2 years of software development experience. – A solid 3 years of project management experience, inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and critical path management. – Proficiency in managing programs across cross-functional teams, building efficient processes, and coordinating release schedules. – A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field, accompanied by 3 years of software testing experience, particularly in manufacturing or industrial settings. – Demonstrated expertise in utilizing automated testing tools, specifically TOSCA for functional testing and NeoLoad for performance validation, with a capability to create and maintain intricate test scripts. – A strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and associated manufacturing processes, coupled with experience in quality assurance methodologies and best practices in regulated industries.
Responsibilities:
As an MES Test Engineer, you will: – Execute test cases employing TOSCA for automated testing across MES applications. – Conduct load and stress testing using NeoLoad for performance validation. – Design and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing. – Create and update test documentation and validation protocols. – Develop test scenarios in TOSCA that align with business requirements. – Configure NeoLoad for performance benchmarking and stress testing. – Maintain test data and environment configurations. – Support CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing. – Document test outcomes and maintain traceability matrices. – Track and report defects until they are resolved. – Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users. – Collaborate with development and operations teams for testing integration and deployment validation. – Engage in test planning and strategizing sessions and assist in release management activities.

Working closely with developers, you will investigate and document defects while managing test scripts and environments. Your time will be allocated between executing manual tests, enhancing automated test suites, and supporting UAT sessions with business users.
