Must have:

– I need you to be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government-issued security clearance. – U.S. citizenship is essential, as only citizens are permitted to hold a security clearance. – A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience or a comparable background. – Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, and C is necessary.

Responsibilities:


  • I will rely on you to develop operational concepts for radar systems. – You will be accountable for the creation of radar processing algorithms. – You will also be responsible for the formulation of software requirements for radar systems. – A key aspect of your role will include statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data. – You’ll be tasked with developing analysis tools to assist in identifying and addressing problems. – Collaboration with systems and software engineers will be crucial in developing and implementing solutions. – Presenting your findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customers will be an important part of your job.

We are currently seeking a Senior Radar Systems Engineer to support the integration and analysis efforts within the SPY-6 and GhostEye Families of Radars. This position can be based in either Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA, with some travel required. The salary range for this position is between $82,000 and $164,000, which reflects various factors such as role specifics, candidate experience, and location.
