Requirements
Must have:
I require candidates to possess typically a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have experience with Earned Value and Control Account management, as well as familiarity with software development life cycles, including Scrum/Agile methodologies. An active and transferable U.S. government-issued Top Secret security clearance is essential before the start date, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens qualify for a security clearance.
Responsibilities:
In the role of Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, you will assist in essential activities vital to the program’s success. You will support and stand in for the IPT Lead in several areas, including: – Cost, schedule, and technical execution. – Earned value management and status updates. – Providing technical and programmatic direction. – Defining and managing schedules. – Risk and opportunity assessment. – Conducting IPT level systems engineering. – Planning staff requirements. – Establishing and executing Agile and DevOps processes.

This position is located at our Aurora, CO site. The salary range for this role is $124,000 to $250,000, which reflects a good faith estimate across varying experience levels.
