Requirements


Must have:

– The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance. – U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. – Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience. – Experience with object-oriented software design and programming in C or C++, as well as using MATLAB or Python for data set evaluation. – Proficiency with UNIX/Linux, Apple OS, or Windows DOS command line interfaces. – Knowledge in radar processing, Imaging RF systems, energy transport, radar physics, signal processing, or discrimination algorithms. – Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to starting the role.

Responsibilities:


  • I will lead the development of innovative modeling solutions using advanced techniques. – I will create new C++ models in a way that is both extensible and maintainable. – I will apply Radio Frequency (RF) phenomenology and advanced physics concepts in software implementations. – I will facilitate our client’s success through the effective use and adoption of modeling solutions. – I will operate efficiently within an established software product across various programming languages and technical environments. – I will conduct research and develop novel RF modeling solutions. – I will coordinate with multiple development teams to prioritize and address complex software and physics challenges. – I will provide mentorship and share RF expertise with my team.

This position is onsite in Tucson, AZ, and offers a salary range of $101,000 to $203,000, varying based on experience.
