We’re scaling fast across e-commerce and retail—and we’re looking for high-caliber operators who are excited to help build from the ground up.What You Will Do MOSH is looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to support our supply chain, inventory, production, and purchasing functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their operations career who wants to grow into a well-rounded leader by owning essential workflows and supporting strategic initiatives across the business. You’ll be responsible for monitoring inventory across multiple channels, supporting co-manufacturing and production schedules, keeping purchasing and packaging organized, and ensuring our systems and planning tools are clean and current. This is a high-ownership role with visibility across every step of the supply chain—from raw material sourcing to product delivery—in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels (Retail Distribution, 3PLs, Amazon FBA, Shopify, TikTok Shop) to ensure accurate visibility and product availability.
  • Coordinate SKU transfers and inventory rotation across facilities, tracking aging stock and fulfilling display, kit, and sample requests.
  • Input and analyze weekly inventory data to support internal reporting, demand planning, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for ingredients, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring timely delivery and vendor communication.
  • Track packaging inventory, monitor stock levels, and proactively resolve procurement or supplier-related issues.
  • Support production scheduling and execution with co-manufacturers, including tracking production status and coordinating material transport.
  • Partner with QA and customer support teams to log, track, and follow up on product quality issues or customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate ERP records (Cin7Core), including POs, receipts, transfers, and assemblies, and ensure data hygiene and documentation accuracy.
  • Manage SKU-level documentation, certifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to support compliance and product quality.
  • Serve as day to day contact for 3PL partners and logistics agencies, monitoring inbound shipments, outbound fulfillment, and kitting projects.
  • Support demand planning activities by entering data, assisting with forecast updates, and preparing inventory analysis.
  • Prepare regular operational updates and contribute to cross-functional syncs to ensure alignment across logistics, production, and fulfillment teams.

Resourceful and curious, you know when to take initiative, when to collaborate, and how to keep things moving to support a growing brand.Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (CPG experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting retail and wholesale distribution, including working with distributors, managing inventory transfers, and meeting routing and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with or alongside co-manufacturers and 3PLs
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • ERP experience (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Demonstrated startup experience or early-stage company comfort
