Supervisor, IT – Remote

Overview General Information Technology work involves managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organization’s overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of: • IT Systems Software, Hardware, and Databases • Data & Voice Networks • Data Processing Operations • End User Technology & Software Support Conducts cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization’s IT roadmap.A Team Coordinator supervises professionals in a working group.Responsibilities typically include:

• Ability to coordinate and manage projects and other team activities.

• Able to work with managers and directors to resolve conflict and issues as they arise.

• Able to assign tasks and prioritize work for members of the team.

• Carries out assignments provided by managers and directors.

• Problems faced are of minor to moderately complex.

• Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.

Education

• Experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree
• 5 years relevant experience without a degree

Certification/Licensure

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

• Required to have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$91,416.00-$152,380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
