Founded on a commitment to long-term value creation, the firm operates across a broad range of property types, including residential and commercial developments. They are seeking an experienced Contract Events Manager to join their team. The Contract Events Manager will be responsible for developing and executing programs that drive revenue and media coverage. Salary/Hourly Rate $40/hr – $45/hr

Position Overview The Contract Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of events that support the organization’s goals. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning and delivery, from concept development and budgeting to logistics and post-event analysis. The Contract Events Manager ensures each event runs smoothly, delivers value to attendees, and aligns with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities Of The Contract Events Manager

  • Collaborate and coordinate across all departments and 3rd party vendors to execute special events and programming opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact on-site for walk-throughs, load-ins, and during events to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Lead the generation and execution of event agreements and brand activations, ensuring timely execution, high satisfaction, and ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
  • Manage projects involving various departments, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibly support other types of Edge marketing events as needed (e.g., photoshoots, filming, performances, internal company events).
  • Support new events sales, leveraging experience and relationships in the industry.
  • Lead event communications, including updates and reporting to the operations team and leadership teams.

Required Experience/Skills for the Contract Events Manager:

  • At least 4 years of experience in event production, preferably within the sports, entertainment, hospitality, or attractions industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully working with third-party vendors.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings as needed.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
