About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Brand Creative team. This role is pivotal in developing compelling visual assets for paid media campaigns, retail collateral, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, combining digital advertising expertise with traditional print design skills to produce cohesive and high-quality visual experiences. Responsibilities include designing ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, and Pinterest, supporting email marketing campaigns, and creating retail signage and print collateral that elevate the in-store customer journey. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and stay current with industry trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, and e-commerce, is essential to align creative strategies with business objectives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on paid media and retail environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing digital ads for platforms such as Meta, Google, and Pinterest
- Knowledge of print production processes, color management, and press checks
- Understanding of email design best practices and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with conversion-driven design principles and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand consistency
- Experience working in retail or e-commerce settings preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting ad creative for paid media channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and others
- Create A/B test variations and optimize designs based on campaign performance data
- Support video content with complementary graphics and visual elements
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to understand audience targeting and campaign goals
- Develop weekly email campaigns and promotional graphics to support marketing initiatives
- Maintain consistency across all digital brand expressions and customer touchpoints
- Design seasonal campaign materials and product launch assets
- Create in-store signage, product displays, and wayfinding materials for retail locations
- Design print collateral such as brochures, catalogs, price tags, and promotional materials
- Partner with the design team to conceptualize seasonal retail campaigns and window displays
- Manage print quality through press checks, color accuracy, and quality standards
- Maintain a library of paper samples and printed color standards for reference
- Visit retail stores regularly to audit signage and update materials as needed
- Ensure all retail and digital materials align with brand standards and enhance customer experience
- Stay informed about current design trends in home furnishings, retail, and digital advertising
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to align creative efforts
- Participate in creative reviews, strategic planning sessions, and team collaborations
