responsibilities:

  • This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal user experience and performance, remote support of user outside our site support .

  • The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required.

  • Job also will have on call assistance for our clients in states outside onsite support technicians area.

qualifications:

  • Typically 3-5 years of IT experience.

  • Sr Analyst – Trading Support role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, access, citrix servers, applications and peripherals.
