Desktop Support Engineer
Our client is a recognized global real estate firm, and they are seeking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer on an ongoing contract basis.
This position requires onsite presence Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:

Hands-on support for ~70-90 desks and ~300 staff in the SF office.

Issue/setup laptops, install software, support conference rooms.

Handle walk-up requests, remote support across the Americas, and some security tickets.

Use FreshService ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.

Assist with the December office move (equipment setup, monitors, meeting rooms).
Required Experience:

3+ years of desktop support experience required.

Experience with ticketing systems

Experience setting up laptops for new hires

Experience troubleshooting issues with Office business applications

Certifications are a plus but not required.

Must be confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
