- Location: New York (Onsite, 4 days in a week)
- Compensation:$125k – $130k per annum, with competitive equity.
- Years of Experience: Has 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in strong sales teams
- Has a track record of exceeding sales targets (100%+ to goal)
- Thrives in a fast-paced and high-performing startup environment, could be dialing 500 customers a day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, targeting mid-market healthcare organizations.
- Consistently run 5–10 high-quality meetings/demos per week, driving $50–100K ACV deals with Directors of Clinical Compliance.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that create excitement and position Brellium as a must-have partner.
- Convert pilots into long-term partnerships by demonstrating clear ROI and building trusted relationships.
- Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline with strong forecasting and activity tracking to ensure predictable growth.
- Partner closely with the VP of Sales to refine sales strategies, accelerate learning, and advance career development.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to influence product development and overall company growth.
