  • Location: San Francisco (Onsite, 5 days in a week)
  • Compensation:$72k – $96k per annum, with competitive equity.
  • Years of Experience:1 – 5 years of experience as top performing BDR and/or AE at a high velocity startup or as a banker/investor
  • A Demonstrated Track Record of consistently exceeding quota and closing 8-figure enterprise deals.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-performing startup environment, could be dialing 500 customers a day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate a strong and consistent pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the co-founder/CEO and head of growth to expand Paraform’s global footprint.
  • Help build and refine the sales playbook, processes, and systems for scaling the team.
  • Close deals while maintaining high organization, structure, and efficient workflow.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of a high-performing, scalable sales culture as an early team member.
