US Commercial Manager (Mining)

CSG Talent are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead and spearhead U.S. business development and operations, helping shape the expansion of a global mining EPCM company into one of the world’s most important markets.

What you’ll do

• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across mining, minerals, and heavy industry.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Work with global leadership to define and execute U.S. market growth plans.

• Ensure commercial outcomes, budgets, and performance targets are met across major EPCM projects.

• Be the face of the company in the U.S., promoting capabilities and strengthening industry presence.

What we’re looking for

• 15-20 years’ experience in engineering/project management leadership with a strong commercial track record.

• Proven ability to grow a business pipeline and successfully secure large-scale EPCM projects.

• Deep knowledge of the mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial sectors.

• Strong U.S. industry network and experience navigating environmental, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent client relationship skills, backed by proven P&L and commercial management experience.
