Plant Manager
Job Summary My client is a nonwovens fiber manufacturing company. They are looking to hire a Plant Manager for their facility in Phoenix. This position reports directly to the VP, and is a top priority hire for him! The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant, ensuring production efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance. A critical focus will be on people management and being comfortable in front of customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with carding machines used to make fiber nonwovens.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency.
- Oversee department managers and align activities with company goals.
- Provide technical leadership in operations (nonwovens/carding machines)
- Applying engineering knowledge to machinery, ensuring hands-on involvement with equipment, repairs, and process optimization
