Role Description As a Customer Service Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member with Jared Dean – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer sales team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement sales team policies and procedures.
  • Handle word tracks and sales training.
  • Train and mentor sales team members..

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with 1+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $62,500.00 – $85,000.00 per year
