About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator for a 6-month full-time contract position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our electronic health records (EHRs) and other data sources to support our clinical team and ensure data accuracy. This role involves working closely with our Care Coordinator Team to input data from various sources, manage high-volume workflows efficiently, and generate data reports as needed. The position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to our mission of improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes through meticulous data management and operational support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within healthcare or similar high-volume environments
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and data management tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload proactively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in health information management or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Care Coordinator Team to update and maintain accurate patient records in EHR systems based on data inputs from various sources
  • Ensure timely and precise data entry, minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity
  • Manage multiple data sources including Google Sheets, Typeform, and other platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Monitor and report on data entry metrics and performance indicators as requested
  • Proactively manage workload to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly
  • Support system audits and data validation processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards
