Compensation Range: $85,000 – 90,000 per yearWe are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on elevating our brand presence across B2B platforms. This individual will drive brand awareness and be a key brand representative, promoting our products at various media and design events. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic, and results-driven professional with a strong background in marketing, project management, and content creation.Responsibilities:

• Creative Project Management: Develop and manage creative projects with external agencies from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all materials align with brand standards.
• Content and Copywriting: Act as the resident copywriter, crafting compelling content for the website, e-commerce platforms, social media, and newsletters.
• PR and Social Media: Create engaging content for social platforms, coordinate collaborations with influencers and designers, and manage content calendars.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including internal and external newsletters and eblasts, to promote company news, brand updates, and new products.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with local and international teams, providing key insights and acting as the brand owner for the North American market.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the manufacturing or home improvement sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in managing creative projects and working with external agencies.
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and developing visually dynamic presentations.
