What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success.
- Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.
- Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset.
- A positive, team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
Compensation details: 62000-65000 Yearly Salary
