  • Windows troubleshooting experience
  • Experience working through a ticketing system for IT issues (KACE experience ideal)
  • STRONG customer service skills
  • Lives in MST/PST

  • Microsoft Systems experience
  • Certifications plus – A , Network
  • KACE experience
  • AI exposure / interest
  • Azure, Intune

Job Description:

An employer is looking to hire a Technical Support Coordinator to join their Digital Services Support Team. This individual will provide front line customer support by fielding and processing all incoming service requests and monitoring the activity of the Digital Services team. This position is part of an on-call rotation.
