Summary:
Provides frontline technical support for the deployment of iPhones used with Epic Rover. Assists with staging, configuration, distribution, and end-user support during deployment events.

Key Responsibilities (Techs):
Stage and configure iPhones with required apps and settings.
Assist with distribution and user setup at clinical sites.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and user guidance.
Support onboarding/offboarding of devices.
Track and update device inventory during deployment.

Pay Rate: $40- $45/hour W2
