Summary:
Serves as the on-site lead for mobile device deployments supporting the client’s Epic Rover platform. Coordinates site readiness, device setup, distribution, and frontline support. Manages a small team of technicians, handles escalations, and ensures deployment tasks are completed on schedule. Acts as liaison with project managers, clinical staff, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staging, configuration, and distribution of iPhones for clinical use.
Conduct site readiness checks and coordinate deployment logistics.
Supervise and direct deployment technicians.
Support clinical end-users during onboarding/offboarding.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
Document processes and provide deployment status updates.

Pay Rate: $60- $66/hour W2
