About The Role The Global Delivery Training and Enablement team is responsible for enabling the Uber Delivery business in building a world-class B2B Commercial organization. Our team designs and delivers training programs that drive sales productivity and allow our customer-facing teams to grow in their roles.

In this role, you will focus on building and executing technical enablement programs – including onboarding, ongoing education, and tool training – with a strong emphasis on clarity, instructional design, and independent execution.

What You Will Do Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver training programs (onboarding, ongoing education, certification paths) for commercial teams.
  • Build clear, engaging training materials (presentations, playbooks, videos, e-learning modules) to support adoption of new product features and internal systems.
  • Lead live training sessions (virtual and in-person) and develop scalable self-serve learning solutions.
  • Deliver tool-focused training on platforms including Salesforce, Dialpad, Groove, ACI, and AI-driven tools.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand changes and translate them into clear, impactful training for commercial teams.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management leaders to address knowledge gaps quickly and effectively.

Program Management & Measurement

  • Develop metrics and feedback loops to measure training effectiveness and adoption.
  • Continuously iterate on training programs based on learner feedback and business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in technical enablement, sales enablement, training, or instructional design roles in a global organization.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce.com training and enablement.
  • Proficiency with e-learning and instructional design tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, WalkMe, Iorad, Camtasia, Synthesia, or similar).
  • Experience building and scaling training programs for diverse, global teams.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Comfort presenting to large audiences and working across cultures and time zones.
  • Sales experience a plus.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year – USD$111,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year – USD$111,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year – USD$123,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year – USD$123,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year – USD$111,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year – USD$123,000 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year – USD$123,000 per year.
