Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in Manhattan)
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 base + $15,000–$25,000 variable

In this hybrid role, you’ll take on a mix of inbound and outbound new logo lead generation, helping to fuel the company’s next phase of explosive growth. You’ll thrive if you’re excited by early-stage pace, enjoy autonomy, and are hungry to make a tangible impact.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of outbound efforts and warm inbound leads
- Book meetings for the Account Executive team by engaging with key decision-makers
- Research and build target account lists to support outreach strategies
- Experiment, iterate, and contribute feedback on messaging and playbooks
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
✅ What You Bring:
- 1 year of outbound SaaS BDR experience (required)
- A proven track record of pipeline generation and meeting KPIs
- Self-starter mindset — you’re comfortable in ambiguity and energized by building from the ground up
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work 2–3 days per week from our Manhattan office
💰 Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
- On-Target Earnings: $75,000–$95,000
