🚀 Business Development Representative (BDR) — SaaS | Hybrid, NYC

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in Manhattan)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 base + $15,000–$25,000 variable

In this hybrid role, you’ll take on a mix of inbound and outbound new logo lead generation, helping to fuel the company’s next phase of explosive growth. You’ll thrive if you’re excited by early-stage pace, enjoy autonomy, and are hungry to make a tangible impact.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of outbound efforts and warm inbound leads
  • Book meetings for the Account Executive team by engaging with key decision-makers
  • Research and build target account lists to support outreach strategies
  • Experiment, iterate, and contribute feedback on messaging and playbooks
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

✅ What You Bring:

  • 1 year of outbound SaaS BDR experience (required)
  • A proven track record of pipeline generation and meeting KPIs
  • Self-starter mindset — you’re comfortable in ambiguity and energized by building from the ground up
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work 2–3 days per week from our Manhattan office

💰 Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $75,000–$95,000
