The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure that the property, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports daily operations by responding to service requests, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical equipment.

  • Respond promptly to work orders, service requests, and emergency maintenance issues.

  • Conduct repairs on equipment, fixtures, and common areas to ensure proper operation and safety.

  • Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts and supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company policies.

  • Support vendors and contractors during scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

  • Keep accurate records of work performed, inspections, and completed service requests.

  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintenance related to events or projects as assigned.

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, tenants, or staff when addressing maintenance concerns.

Full-Time Mon-Fri 6am-4pm

Compensation up to $24 DOE
