Daily Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Brisnet Sales & Marketing to be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies while managing key business relationships to drive growth of products and services. This role carries primary responsibility for achieving annual revenue targets through direct sales, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships. The director is responsible for driving annual revenue growth through strategic initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across both B2C and B2B segments. The director oversees product development, including the creation of specialized handicapping packages and meet plans tailored to casual and professional racing enthusiasts. They manage key relationships with industry stakeholders, including racetracks, media outlets, B2B clients, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on content creation, data collaboration, and contract execution. Operational responsibilities include managing employee access to Brisnet products, coordinating eCommerce activities, and supporting customer service functions. The director also monitors performance metrics such as customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and marketing ROI to inform strategic decisions and optimize growth.

Top Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 years of progressive experience in marketing and sales
  • 3 years in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce platforms
