Job Description Our client, a Commercial Estate Company located in the Dallas area, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with commercial real estate experience to join their team.Job responsibilities include:

  • Accounts receivable — collect rent and management fees, ensure prompt collection of both, maintain customer files and communicate with tenants and property owners
  • Accounts payable — code, sort and pay invoices, maintain vendor files, and communicate with vendors, prepare annual 1099s
  • Payroll — process weekly payroll, pay applicable taxes and benefits, file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
  • Bank accounts — reconcile bank statements, make deposits, and monitor bank activity
  • Prepare monthly reports for managed properties
  • Reconcile tenant CAM, real estate taxes and insurance
  • Benefits administration experience would be a plus

Skills required:

  • Must be proficient with QuickBooks
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Must have commercial real estate experience
