Job Description Bookkeeper – Dallas, TexasOur client located in Dallas, Texas has an immediate need for a bookkeeper. This is a permanent position with a strong stable company.Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- month-end and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- check runs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven working experience in the accounting field
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
