Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for internal software systems and patient-facing technology
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, resolving simple problems independently
  • Communicate directly with patients to help resolve technical difficulties, ensuring a positive and supportive customer service experience
  • Coordinate with developers to implement fixes for complex issues
  • Assist in maintaining system performance and reliability
  • Document common technical issues and solutions to improve response efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or STEM field.
  • Some job experience in supporting technical environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer service experience or a demonstrated ability to work directly with end users is a plus.
  • Familiarity with light scripting, PowerBI, or AWS is a plus.
