Job Title: Senior Cleaning Technician

Pay Rate: $17.00 — $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift (hours may vary, flexibility required)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, while also providing leadership and training to new team members.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee daily cleaning duties, ensuring all standards are met.

• Train and mentor new Cleaning Technicians on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.

• Lead by example, maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Monitor work quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Assist with scheduling and task delegation as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience required (leadership experience preferred).

• Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Flexibility with varying 2nd shift hours.

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed.
