  • GPD -For project-oriented Production Planning for Material &. Integration with PS system.
  • CATS Cross application tool to Capture actual Production costs and reporting.
  • Interfaced with LIMS / MES systems, variant configuration, Kanban replenishment, special procurements
  • Supplier PO collaboration, SCM, MM-SNC, and OFM (Order Forecast Monitor) using web EDI
  • Batch and serial # tracking.
  • NPD New parts development, PLM system and guided master data synchronization,
  • Used Deloitte s preconfigured client model for healthcare industry business practice
  • Managed RICEFW development, coordinated with offshore team, and FUT testing
  • Performed integration testing, UAT, and validation testing using HPQC
  • Led module team, monitored project deliverables, and burn curve
  • Led requirement gathering, implemented new process in model effective / date effective Bom s and routing
