Location: Herndon, VA (Local 3 days/week onsite must)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Enterprise Network Infrastructure across the SAP NS2 Enterprise.

  • Evaluate, design, implement, and maintain network systems to ensure 100% availability.

  • Develop technical standards, implement security measures, and handle fault and performance management.

  • Handle network components like routers, switches, wireless, VoIP, and others.

  • Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., Cyber Security, Endpoint Management, and Systems Administration).

  • Lead and perform systems analysis, including developing requirements for new network infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years in networking and telecom.

  • Hands-on experience with network hardware components (routers, firewalls, VPN, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP and related networking protocols.

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

  • Experience with security measures, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with UNIX/Linux systems and basic scripting (Python, Perl, Shell).

  • Familiarity with Cisco products, especially ISRs and 9300s.

  • Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, and NetFlow.

  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, AWS, or Azure are desired.
