💡 What You’ll Do:

• Lead project planning, scheduling & coordination
• Drive safety and quality control standards
• Forecast and manage budgets with accuracy
• Handle change orders & critical subcontractors
• Mentor and manage Project Engineers
• Resolve project challenges with creativity and collaboration

📌 What We’re Looking For:

• 4 years of experience (construction background strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• A passion for innovation and delivering meaningful impact
