Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Chandler, AZ — Local Candidates Only (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Duration: 18 months contract

Rate: Up to $52/hr W2

Work Authorization: USC, GC, or H4 EAD (No OPT or CPT — please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Systems Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the Consumer Operations Technology Platform — Systems Operations Engineering team. The role supports Consumer Lending Operations, Financial Hardship Operations, and Unsecured Lending Operations , ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across 50 critical applications.

Key Requirements:

✔ 4 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience

✔ Hands-on System Reliability Engineering background

✔ Cloud Computing & Azure Cloud (2–4 years)

✔ Performance Engineering & AppDynamics (2–6 years)

✔ SQL (5 years), Oracle (4–6 years), MongoDB (2–4 years)

✔ .NET (4–6 years), Java Full Stack (2–4 years)

✔ Linux & Windows Server Administration (4–6 years)

✔ IIS, Tomcat, Windows Applications (4–6 years)

✔ Splunk & troubleshooting (4–6 years)

✔ Network Load Balancing & System Performance Tuning (2–6 years)
