About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Technical Analyst to provide advanced technical support and in-depth business knowledge across multiple areas. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, system optimization, and designing solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with business units to analyze processes, design systems, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ad-hoc reports and perform detailed data analysis and validation.
- Analyze operational procedures and trends to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Conduct business analysis and propose technical alternatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Design, document, and implement robust database and business application solutions.
- Collaborate with end users to test, debug, and optimize applications.
- Provide oversight on departmental projects, anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Offer guidance and training to staff on processes, procedures, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.); Master’s preferred.
- 4 years of programming experience (SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle, or similar).
- 3 years of experience in business analysis.
- 1 year healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong skills in database design, system analysis, and project planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications
- SAS Certification is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary range: $86,000 — $154,700 per year
