Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the annual IT strategic plan aligned with organizational goals
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, data, and user support
- Manage complex projects and programs, balancing scope, cost, time, and quality
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans for on-premise and hosted systems
- Strengthen cybersecurity defenses and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including PCI, SOX, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR
- Drive innovation, foster business partnerships, and ensure timely IT initiative delivery
- Collaborate across departments to achieve global objectives
- Oversee IT department finances, including budgeting and forecasting
Education and Experience:
- 10+ years managing ERP, BI, Financial, Sales, and Field Service systems
- 10+ years leading technology departments or divisions, with increasing responsibility and direct reports
- Experience in construction or field service industries preferred
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
