Shift Schedules

3pm-11pm — 11pm-7am

Prior two years’ experience working in a Team Lead/Supervisory position is required

$20.00 p.hr

This position require s frequent travel within assigned geographic locations with furnished patrol car.

The Road Supervisor is responsible for conducting scheduled and unannounced visits of all account sites assigned to assess the appearance, demeanor and capabilities, readiness, condition, and knowledge of the security staff and the overall satisfaction of the client.

The Road Supervisor, with site operational staff, is accountable for ensuring all services are delivered in a manner reflecting our commitment to deliver legendary service to our clients, while at the same time, making sure that our company is meeting all legal and contractual requirements associated with our services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate on a daily basis the company’s mission and values; serve as an example for officers and management in the areas of appearance, demeanor and professionalism.
  • Ensure post orders and emergency procedures are up-to-date and the site is using the most recent versions and security staff is knowledgeable about their location and contents.
  • Facilitate site training to include, in-service, spot quizzes, and exercises to evaluate the operational knowledge and readiness of the security teams.
  • Assist and/or conduct training at client sites for client representatives.
  • Serve as an additional mentor and coach to security officers.
  • Determine current, emerging or perceived issues from the perspectives of the security teams or customers; recommend methods and actions to resolve any service delivery issue; create, track and manage to a corrective action plan.
  • Assess work culture to ensure officers have a positive work environment, determine overall officer satisfaction and ensure all officers have the uniform and equipment to perform their job according to client standards.
  • Submits daily, weekly, monthly inspection reports and other documentation as required.
  • Assist operations in the administration of operations to include, payroll processing/check delivery, scheduling, uniform issuance/delivery and other duties, as required.
  • Ensure post orders and emergency procedures are up-to-date and the site is using the most recent versions and security staff is knowledgeable about their location and contents.
  • Make recommendations to improve the quality of our operation in the areas of associate morale, customer service, labor efficiency, cost control, technology and staffing at sites.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid Fl Security D License
  • Valid FL Driver’s License
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Minimum of one year of security experience
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
  • This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
