About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to lead the definition, documentation, and testing of business and technical requirements for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and its related modules. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and ServiceNow product teams to translate functional needs into technical requirements.
• Define and manage system requirements across usability, reliability, performance, and support dimensions.
• Lead feature testing efforts, including strategy development, execution, and environment setup.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business expectations and are aligned with architectural standards.
• Document high-level architecture and detailed design components.
• Coordinate integration activities and monitor system performance post-deployment.
• Develop training materials and identify gaps in documentation.
• Facilitate functional requirement sessions and proactively identify enhancement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases across multiple technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Financial, Resource, Timecard, Agile, SAFe).
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including waterfall, iterative, Agile/Scrum, and SAFe.
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with process improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Rational tools) is a plus.
