Systems Analyst Sr Advisor

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $80.00 USD Hourly – $85.00 USD Hourly

Role Overview:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and test requirements for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and its related modules, including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Timecard Management, and Financial Management.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for ServiceNow SPM products.
• Define and manage functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements.
• Lead feature testing efforts, including test strategy creation and execution.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and user expectations.
• Document high-level architecture and detailed design components.
• Facilitate functional requirement sessions with stakeholders and business users.
• Support integration activities and monitor system performance post-deployment.
• Develop training materials and identify documentation gaps proactively.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure service levels and business satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in requirements documentation and/or test case development across various technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes across waterfall, iterative, and Agile frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven recommendations.
