Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a contract with a client in Plano, TX. Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting data platforms and resolving production issues in Agile environments.Rate Range: $47/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Support Executive job responsibilities include:Ensure stability, performance, and availability of data platforms in production environments.Handle error correction and suspense accounting in SAP, including reversing incorrect postings.Work within Agile frameworks using tools like Jira to track issues and support development cycles.Respond to and resolve production incidents, escalating when necessary to minimize downtime.Maintain detailed logs of support activities, resolutions, and system changes for audit and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely support and updates on platform-related issues.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.6-8 years of experience in production support and data platform engineering.Proven expertise in managing production environments and resolving SAP suspense accounting issues.Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and experience supporting error correction workflows in enterprise systems.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
