About the Role

ChabezTech is looking for a highly skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you will design, develop, and support enterprise IAM solutions with a strong focus on SailPoint (IIQ/IdentityNow) and CyberArk , driving innovation and security across our client s digital ecosystem in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • IAM Solution Design & Implementation
  • Architect and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ and CyberArk solutions.
  • Develop and configure SailPoint modules: audit, compliance, lifecycle, service accounts.
  • Build and troubleshoot custom system/application connectors.
  • Integration & Development
  • Integrate IAM platforms with Azure AD, ServiceNow, CyberArk, REST APIs, and Web Services.
  • Support API development for SailPoint functions.
  • Work with app teams to onboard systems and correlate accounts to Identity Cubes.
  • Governance & Security Compliance
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications.
  • Ensure IAM solutions comply with security standards, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive IAM best practices across the enterprise.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as SME for SailPoint & CyberArk, providing guidance to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers on IAM tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • 7 years hands-on experience with SailPoint (IIQ/IdentityNow)
  • 5 years of experience with CyberArk
  • Proficiency with:
  • Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, Web Services
  • Active Directory (AD), LDAP
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2
  • Strong expertise with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, SCIM, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed
  • Experience in integrating IAM with Azure AD & ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
