Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC

W2 Contract Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of programs from initiation to closure.

  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and ensure resource optimization.

  • Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

  • Drive Agile/Waterfall practices as appropriate for program execution.

  • Prepare program status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

  • Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in [industry: IT/Product/Operations].

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
