Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer large-scale storage infrastructure with a primary focus on EMC Isilon and Pure Storage systems.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex storage issues across multi-petabyte environments.
• Implement and maintain data protection strategies, including replication, snapshots, and backup integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications and projects.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices for data storage and access.
• Plan and execute storage migrations, upgrades, and patching with minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for storage architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Engage in vendor management and capacity forecasting to align with business growth.
• Automation skills and scripting.
