Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead ETL Developer with strong expertise in SQL, Informatica (PowerCenter & IICS), and Amazon Redshift . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ETL design, query tuning, data modeling, and Python automation , along with the ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS.
  • Build and optimize Amazon Redshift data structures and queries.
  • Perform advanced SQL development, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • Automate data processing using Python (pandas, PySpark, Airflow).
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, driving best practices and innovation.
