JD for Amazon Connect Developer with LEX, AWS Lambda, Routing Schema, Bedrock & LLM

Primary Responsibilities and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and Strong hands-on experience on
• AWS Lambda – Python/Java/Node.js
• Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
• Amazon Connect’s Precision routing schema
• Amazon Connect’s API
• Amazon Integration with JPMC API
• Lex – chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
• Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore
• LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAl
• Amazon Connect Contact Flow design

Good to have a hand on in Cloud & Container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker

Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Interpersonal Skills:

• Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.
• Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.
• Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
