Description:

  • The role supports a large environment across ITSM/ITOM/CSM and related modules, ensuring stable operations, high-quality enhancements, compliant upgrades, and well-governed designs.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow development/O&M in large environments.
  • Strong JavaScript/Glide, configuration, and data skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Catalog/Flows, ACL/RBAC.
  • Proven experience with Service Portal and Service Operations Workspace configuration.
  • Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth; ability to support SailPoint, JIRA, UpStart integrations.
  • Upgrades/clones experience with ATF regression and change governance.
  • Certifications: CSA/CAD minimum; CTA preferred.
