Key required skills

We are seeking an experienced .NET and SQL Server Developer, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET and .NET Core development using C# or VB.Net, along with proficiency in SQL Programming, ADO.Net, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ. This role involves working on both modern and legacy systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Experience with Azure DevOps or AWS is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and services using .NET and .NET Core with C#, VB.Net.
  • Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure efficient database interactions.
  • Data Access Implementation: Build and maintain data access layers using ADO.Net and Entity Framework for seamless database connectivity.
  • API Development: Create and maintain RESTful web services using Web API to support application functionality.
  • Data Querying: Utilize LINQ for efficient data manipulation and querying within applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments to maintain application performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and performant, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in .NET development and related fields.
  • Experience in building CICD pipeline

Required Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in .NET development and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in C# and extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Programming and database design principles, preferably with SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with ADO.Net for data access in legacy systems.
  • Expertise in Entity Framework for modern data access solutions.
  • Familiarity with Web API for developing RESTful services.
  • Experience using LINQ for data querying and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of Azure.
