Description Albion College invites applications for the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life position. The Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life (DFSL) is a member of the Office of Student Engagement and Activities and reports directly to the Assistant Vice President for Student Development. The DFSL directs high-impact and transformative co-curricular experiences by providing oversight and leadership of our social fraternities and sororities on campus. The DFSL facilitates leadership development, advisor training, and advising 3 governing councils. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality. Must contribute to a campus climate that emphasizes a commitment to working with individuals and groups from a variety of identities, cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in student affairs or related field required;
- Five (5) years of progressive responsibility in higher education student affairs administration with at least two (2) years of that experience focused on supporting/advising social fraternities and sororities, student programming and/or leadership education is required.
